These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://1jj8.cam (the "Platform"), operated under the brand name 1jj8 ("1jj8", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is an English-language online gambling information and educational guide service targeted at users in Pakistan and other English-speaking markets.

1jj8 is not a licensed gambling operator, bookmaker, casino or betting exchange. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 1jj8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Specifically, you may:

• Browse, read and access Platform Content for personal informational purposes;
• Share links to Platform pages on personal social media or messaging channels provided the content is not misrepresented;
• Print or save copies of Content for personal reference, provided copyright notices are retained and the copies are not distributed commercially.

All other uses of the Platform are prohibited unless expressly authorised by 1jj8 in writing.

When using the Platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Accessing the Platform if you are a minor or if doing so violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj8, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity undertaken following review of any Content on the Platform;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or outdated Content;
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Any matter beyond 1jj8's reasonable control, including service interruptions, technical failures or force majeure events.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits 1jj8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All Content on the Platform — including text, editorial guides, betting market explanations, graphics, logos, icons, layout, software code and design — is the intellectual property of 1jj8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as described in Clause 5. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any Content without prior written authorisation from 1jj8;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the Content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice contained in the Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes, including republication on third-party gambling affiliate websites, without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under applicable law.
