Built for Pakistan. Written in Plain English.
1jj8 was not built overnight. The idea came from a simple observation: Pakistani users interested in online gambling were either finding content that was completely irrelevant to their context, or they were stumbling across misleading promotional pages that glossed over important details like wagering requirements, legal status and payment limitations in Pakistan. There was a clear need for a platform that combined local understanding with honest, well-structured information.
We launched 1jj8 as an English-language information and guide platform — not a casino, not a sportsbook, and not a payment processor. Our role is educational. We explain how online gambling platforms work, what Pakistani users should look for before signing up, how common payment channels like Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast relate to online transactions (with the important caveat that these providers do not endorse gambling), and how to protect yourself from problem gambling.
Pakistan's gambling landscape is complex. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions on gambling activity. Online gambling's legal status under Pakistani law is not straightforwardly defined, and users carry the responsibility of understanding the applicable law in their jurisdiction. 1jj8 does not claim to be licensed by, approved by, or affiliated with the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. We simply provide information — and we do it responsibly.
1jj8 does not accept bets, process payments or issue gambling accounts. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
